Profil
Challenging things you’ll work on
- Analysing and resolving incoming technical support incidents, requests and changes
- Customer onboarding such as handling imports from third-party systems
- Managing the call/ticket queue with the
- Support/Customer Success team, ensuring calls/tickets are closed in a timely fashion
- Provide updates and ensure ongoing customer communication
- Resolution of calls/tickets ranging from simple password resets to complex server queries
- Escalation of calls to the Core Engineering Team (3rd level) as necessary and learn about recurring patterns
Working as part of a close-knit and highly skilled team of engineers - Fix customer errors by changing data in the database
- Help teams become better by automating and improving processes consistently

Anforderungen
Your contribution to the team includes
- You speak English (Level B2 / C1) and German (native speaker)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Friendly, confident and professional manner - Good attention to detail with well-developed problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Unix systems
- Good knowledge of APIs, MySQL databases and Linux makes you shine
Nice to have
- You are experienced in dealing with SQL, PHP and Javascript, in particular, React
- Speaking French as well would make you a true rock star!
